Brazzale Gran Moravia Dairy Industry
Presented by Roberto Brazzale, CEO.
Friday June 21st, 8 p.m. – Tastechangers Section
Brazzale has created a modern cutting, grating and packaging plant system. Gran Moravia is the first cheese in the world to calculate its water footprint: its water footprint is only 2,067 litres/kg of product, less than half the water footprint of generic cheese. This result was achieved thanks to the favourable climatic conditions in Moravia and the level of water savings achieved by the eco-sustainable supply chain.
